Mastering MOO2 updated

I made some corrections and added sections on spying and ethics.

    Neither the updated version nor the draft will display correctly for me. I tried updating the acrobat reader, but that didn't help. :(

    There seems to be problem with the download site. I'll have to find some other host for it.
